Description
The CRISPR system has successfully expanded chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). In the enChIP (engineered DNA binding molecule mediated ChIP) system, catalytically inactive dCas9 is capable of targeting any specified genomic sequence under the guidance of gRNA to study related DNA binding interactions. The gRNA complementary to a genome-specific site expressed in combination with labeled dCas9. Chromatin immunoprecipitation is performed on cells using the AM-tagged dCas9 protein antibody to enrich the gRNA/dCas9 complex-bound gene sequence.
