Our screening kit for gRNA is designed to provide a simple, reliable, and rapid in vitro method for assessing the efficiency of individual gRNAs prior to cell transformation, allowing efficient CRISPR gRNAs to be identified from gRNA pools.

Screening of gRNA. Evaluate the efficiency of gRNAs for CRISPR/Cas9 and identify the highly effective gRNAs before cell transfection.
