Description
Cas9 is one of the key components of the CRISPR system. Under the guidance of gRNA, it can cleave double-stranded DNA at specific DNA sequences leading the DNA repair pathway initiation to efficiently excise, mutate, insert or replace genes. S. aureus Cas9 (SaCas9) is expected to achieve more efficient genome editing. The expression level of Cas9 in transfected cells can be strictly controlled by using a specific SaCas9 antibody.
